Honeysuckle/A conspicuous new project

My relationship with honeysuckles is complicated, a scent of safety and and a vine of danger. So, too, my fascination with moths, the source of terror and beauty.  Click this pink underwing link.  And here is a fun link to an early American gardener's report on honeysuckles.

Dogwood Canyon Audubon Center taunting moth

Putting together the clothing from the 1950s and 1920s that will connect in my new project. My mother wore the brown dress. A great aunt wore the pink blouse. Dogwood Canyon Audubon Center wore the Catocala ilia conspicua moth on an early morning hike last year.
